2006 mr puniverse 2007 mr universe hi fellow bodybuilders, i am raw and need your support. i am determined to look more masculine in 2007. i aim to win a category in bodybuilding competition my aim is high but my ambition you can follow my development i have been pumping iron now for 6 months and have gained several pounds of muscle. my photo today how often should i post my photo updates?

im kinda new to all of this..and when i talk to my buddies on myspace and stuff i know that they always post their pictures like every 6-9 weeks..... not sure if this is much help to you though
