I basically just work out whenever I get the spare time off of work, which ends up being about 3 or 4 times a week. I work out at home then head to the gym pool to swim some laps.

How about three times a week. monday wednesday and friday. Tuesday and thursday cardio. Weekends off. I'm thinking about trying this.
