Default P90x


had anyone used or know someone that used it? it seems pretty easy im 22 5'9 170 lbs.. im about to start using this and would looking for some feedback.. their idea seems to make sence and claims it will work in 90 days.. its much easier then going to a gym and seems to me it might even have better results..any feedback would be great

I have seen there ads on tv late at night, and I have heard both good and bad stuff. Well I personally have not tried it but if before you do try it, read the information and try to do it properly. But please remember that do not expect to much for just the first few days, because usually results need 50+ days to show. The results may not be great but if you notice continous improvement, continue until you have achieved the body you want. But do not stop after the 90 days are over, continue working out at the gym.
