Question my routine?


hello, ive been going to the gym for awhile now and i was wondering, i go to the gym every other day and work upper body, is this good? i mean i see some people only work biceps and triceps and chest only once a week? i mean i like going to the gym 4x a week, is my scheduale still good? i find it very comfy, one day of pumping iron, one day to recover.

Go hard bro, its all good. as long as your getting results and remember to mix it up a bit don't worry bout how any other monkeys split. Have fun otherwise you'll just end up frustrated and loosing interest.
