Re: Muscle Gain vs Fat Loss Ok the first thing is you cant turn fat into muslce but as you work out and burn fat and replace that with muscle mass. Cardio is better for getting lean , but at the same tim doing weight lifting builds muscle. The best workout i know of is doing cardio before your work out to help burn fat and get leaner. Then do heavy slow low rep lifting to gain mass. This is how most of the guys i know train. Also you have to have a very strict diet. More vegis , lots of protien, - stay way from any hardees mcdonalds burger king etc lol. well hope that helps good luck ! |
