Whats your goal ?? Toning, mass, stength, physique, health, etc. Mass - high weight and low reps to failure. 30-60 seconds of total tension time. Strentgh - little less weight focusing on acceleration with 20-40 seconds of total tension time concentrating on quick, explosive sets. Toning - low weight and high reps. 20-30 reps per set x 3 sets.
