hey ive been working out for about a half a year now, i weigh about 220 and i only have a set of dumbells and a bench set (with incline). and i was wondering what are the best technique workouts to get a body like his, much help would be appreciated, thanks.
I think you should set a realistic goal that is in small steps, but do not beat yourself up if you don't achieve the body Triple H has. Also Triple H might have taken steriods or worked out for a couple of years. You can perform a lot of workouts with dumbbells and a bench. Some workouts are bicep curls and inclined bicep curls. There are many other workouts (just search them on the internet). Keep working out and increasing reps and weights so you can keep gaining muscle mass.
