flat bb press 2 warmup sets 3 working sets 8-12 reps
incline bb press 4 working sets
incline fly 5 sets 10-12 rep range
decline db presses 3 sets 8-12 reps
cable crossover 3 sets I go crazy on he reps thugh..I like the stetch either these or il do pullovers.
every week if I do bb one week the next week I do DB'S HOPE THAT HELPS YOU.
