Default Heavy Duty

this is a method that mike mentzer used.because it is very hard 4 to 6 days of rest should be took between training sessions.
it involves working your whole body during a workout, and working it very hard.
only one exercise is done per muscle group but it is done with very heavy weights and it uses different intensity techniques like dropsets and negative reps

Interesting. Does sound pretty hardcore. With only 1 exercise per muscle group, how many sets? I assume neg reps and such is considered the exercise for that body part.

This sounds alot like the workout plan I have been on for the past few months. It's tiring, but the results have been fantastic. I've found my max weights for some exercises raising by intervals of 20 or 30.

Yes I tried that for a month or two... however, I found that my entire body was sore the next day. I can cope with just one or two parts being sore, but the whole thing?!?!

Wow, you guys are really hardcore about this whole "Becoming buff" thing. I don't think I could get into it enough to do something this crazy.

I don't like to do the same movement for one muscle. Then I find that that section grows disproportionately! I will keep a variation of exercises so thatI can stay a beautiful person.

Wow, I don't know if I could stand sticking to such a rigorous training regime! It seems like you would get really upset with it after a while.

Sounds a little TOO heavy duty for me too. I never like to rush a workout. Slow but steady wins the race, as that age-old parable tought us!

That guy sounds like a madman. I don't think I could handle such intense training in my normal workouts.
