Default Fat burning new guy

I'm new to the forum and I'm pretty fired up about it. I got a lot of questions for all the geniuses on this forum, but first, a little about me.
I am originally from Connecticut, home to the legendary Hartford Whalers hockey organization, which was retired in 1997, however I still bleed green as well as all the other fans waiting for the team to one day return to Hartford. I lived in Hawaii for 3 years and was in the best shape of my life. I now live in San Diego and want to get back to that ripped version of myself. I have been on a roll and have been killing cardio.

So, my first question is How do I burn some extra pectoral fat. I know that it is probably the last ounces of fat that will burn, but will long & lightweight sets of chest presses speed up the fat burning in this area??
