Default Chest - Balance

So I've been trying to fix this problem for some time. My left peck is nice and full, but my right peck is a bit lop-sided. When I am not flexing it, it is fine, but when I do flex it, all the muscle near the middle goes toward the right, leaving the middle pretty much muscle-less.
It is actually quite annoying. Also the top of my peck is fine, there is muscle there. I am thinking it must be a bad technique problem that I had a while ago, but I have tried to fix it doing those inner-peck workouts, but it hasn't worked so great.
So I was wondering if maybe one of you have had this problem, or if you know any good techniques so that I can use to fix this problem.
