I do carido first, only because I know if I do weights first I will likely just leave after finishing with lifting. I think cardio revs me up too and gets me motivated.
lol...I try to get it in after a session of lifting too. It is hard to motivate yourself to do dreaded cardio after you get such a nie pump.
