Question what kind of shake/drink should i take?


I am 16 and i'm 5'6'', i weigh about 121 now and i'm pretty skinny (gained 3lbs in 2 weeks using muscle milk & working out) is there any other supplement that would work better for me?

hey dude im 16 to im 57 150 but i wrestled 120 last year but what worked for me reall good was the bsn stack its a lill pricey but i took no xplode cell mass and nitrix also more reasintly i have bin using reall gains has a sh*t ton of calls also i usually drink it in a smoothies with like three raw eggs and fruit i would suggest a ton of carbs to if you dont mind gaing a lill chub ild eat a 4,000 call a day diet you should eat 50% carbs 25% protien and 25% fats thats what ifound works for me a least....

I do not recommend you to take supplements except for protein shakes or maybe creatine.
But if you plan on taking protein shakes (which I would recommend) take one after working out.
The best type of protein is Whey Protein, there are various brands you can purchase but I use GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein.
Remember protein shakes are better then protein bars. (Easier to eat and it gets to your muscle faster)
