Default Protein


I'm 17, weigh 177 ibs, 6"1. I just got a bowflex and I'm wondering how much calories/protein should I be taking in per day. Also, just how much should I be working out? Thanks for the help.

For how much you should be working out that should depend on how hard your training and what your training for. I personally suggest you see a personal trainer so he/she can help you create your routines properly.
If your not going to get a trainer just try everything out and over time you will realize how much you should be working out. But remember to create a routine where you know what muscles you are going to work out.
The amount of calories you should take depends on many things (whether your gaining mass, losing mass, but once you know search the web)
For protein you have to consume is 0.37 x (your weight in pounds and thats the minimum) so if you are working out I guess you have to eat more protein ecspecially after your workout.
