New, Looking for advice. First let me start by telling everyone a little about myself. I am 21, 5'9'' and 220 LBs. I quit smoking recently after 4 years.
I want to turn my life around. I plan on improving my diet (I have read up on good dieting).
I haven't lifted in almost 4 years since high school. I can still see slight definition in my arms =P
Anyway I was wondering about a work out schedule, i was thinking of starting slow like 2-3 days a week and proceeding up to 5 days a week. If anyone could let me know a good routine with a schedule I'd appreciate it.
I was also looking for some information on supplements to help me lose weight and create more definition in my muscles. I browsed through a few things on GNC.com but became instantly confused.
Also please keep in mind that I am not looking to become "Jacked" instead nicely ripped.
