Looking for Advice on my Supplements... 1. Lately I have been told by a few that "Muscle Milk" is one of the better protein supplements so my first question is... What do people think of this versus your standard whey proteins? I will say the taste is pretty good.
2. I also use Gaspari "Size On" for post workout creatine and Gaspari "Superpump 250" for pre workout energy supplement. Are there better supplements out there for what I am trying to gain??
3. Any supplements/herbal remedies for joint pains? I would like something that works relatively quickly and does not require "loading" |
