I've never tried it. I prefer to only put totally natural things into my body, only things which are within my realm of comfort. I don't really agree with most supplements.

Yeah, this pretty much sums up my feelings about it. I just tried it because I was curious why everyone loves it so much. It's definitely overrated.

Eleven is far too young for someone to be using Creatine. I think it's not recommended to anyone under 18? I don't remember what exactly the bottle says.

Hahah, it definitely sounds like it helped you out! It's definitely a good additional thing for any body builder.

i have been taking it for about 3 months switching from powder to capletes because theyre easier. the only thing bad i have seen with creatine is dehydration because all the water is being reatined into the muscles, watch out with taking creatine before a cardio workout

I have used this supplement for years and can honestly say it is one of the few out there that truly does what it says(when taken correctly). I hate paying good money for supplements only to find out it was another to good to be true advertising scam!
Whenever I am on creatine I notice a difference in my strength and endurance within the first week or so of cycling and it continues until I go off it again. I usually notice a weight gain and appearance change in the first week or so primarily due to the amount of water that it causes your muscles to retain. It tends to give you a fuller appearance but can also cause you to bloat a bit depending on what type you take. As all the labels say, it is very important to keep your water intake up while taking this stuff in order to avoid muscle cramps, and truly benefit from it.

Creatine is one of the few thins pretty much anyone can take and it will have results. Very few people take it without any any benifts. 1 rule once you start taking it Drink more water - water water water. Not only does water help you but creatine is much more effective with water.

For anyone who doesnt already know.Creatine is in every piece of red meat you eat.creatine supps only give you a higher dose of it.so creatine is still naturally in your diet even if you dont take supps.you would just have to eat lots of steak instead of a teaspoon of powder creatine.
