I have used this supplement for years and can honestly say it is one of the few out there that truly does what it says(when taken correctly). I hate paying good money for supplements only to find out it was another to good to be true advertising scam!
Whenever I am on creatine I notice a difference in my strength and endurance within the first week or so of cycling and it continues until I go off it again. I usually notice a weight gain and appearance change in the first week or so primarily due to the amount of water that it causes your muscles to retain. It tends to give you a fuller appearance but can also cause you to bloat a bit depending on what type you take. As all the labels say, it is very important to keep your water intake up while taking this stuff in order to avoid muscle cramps, and truly benefit from it. |
