And don't forget, the milk is additional Amino Acids! I think you are on to something wth the milk and crushed ice. Maybe its time for a protein shake recipe book- lol.

That sound fantastic. I like to make mine with strawberries, mangoes, blueberries and sunflower seeds. I like using apple use from concentrate which just tastes fantastic.

Default Optimum rocks

Has anyone ever tried optimum's chocolate flavor whey protein? I love its flavor and it mixes extremely well with skim milk. I dare say it taste better than Nesquik or Miss Swiss chocolate. Tastes excellent.

I'm yet to find a good tasting one. I generally find them metallic tasting and I gave up looking. Thanks for all the tips, everyone.

I was thinking that just by adding your soy milk versus skim milk would do the trick as far as getting your soy intake. I like the Silk Milk which is a really nice tasting soy product that doesn't have that over-powering taste that some others do. Anyway, that would definitely be a good way for us to get our soy intake!

Sometimes you have to sacrifice good taste to get the necessary nutrients! I just mix everything up in a big cup and chug it down. I gagged the first few times, but now I'm totally used to it.

Ughhhhh. I bet that all of those supplements mixed together tastes terrible. Why would you want to inflict that on yourself?
I think that mixing it all together with a chocolate milkshake or a fruit smoothie is a good idea. I would get an orange julius every time, but that might end up being too expensive.

If there is a protein powder that tastes good, I haven't found it. Hopefully someone can suggest something.

Have you considered mixing your protein powders into brownies, much like you would marijuana or some similar foul tasting but still necessary substance?!
I eat a pan of brownies every day with all my supplements baked in.
