Hi Dave,

I wanted to introduce myself too. Webname is 'Riggy' and I am a female body sculpturer.....I've got to say that instead of a real female body builder. I prefer the look of Ms. Fitness USA versus Ms. Olympia.

Anyway, looks like an interesting site....I'm going to go and check it out!

Hi Dave,

I'm having trouble being able to post to the sites. Please move the following post into 'Scheduling.' Thanks!

Riggy

Here it is...

I like doing back and biceps one day; then chest and triceps the next day; then back the next. Of course, I alternate this with cardio days.

Hi Dave,

Please post the following into the 'Supplements' area. I am still unable to make posts on the site. Thanks!

I like to use the Gold Standard Protein System powder that was formulated by Dr. Bill Wheeler. He is a former White House presidential physician who has formulated his own top-of-the-line protein supplement. This guy really knows his stuff too! He does a lot of nutritional training for professional athletes as well.

I would be happy to share the information on how to get this product with anyone interested.

Hi, Dave. Thanks for the welcome!

I've been weight training since age 11 (my uncles showed me the way ) and used to teach weight training classes at a local college. Lately, as a work-at-home mom and wife, my training's been slacking. I'm here to get back into gear and get motivated to train harder.

Hey, Riggy, in addition to the look of Ms. Fitness contestants, I also like their flexibilities. I stretch daily, but can only dream of having their kind of flexibility.

Is everyone having a problem making a new thread in these other forums here on the site?

Hey everyone. I'm a noob. I've recently decided to start weight lifting and building muscle-consulting my doctor first of course. I can't for this. I hope to compete in a few years or so.

Default So true!

Hi Danielle,

You are so right about Ms. Fitness flexibility. I remember about 100 years ago when I could do that.......oh well! That is definitely something that I want to work on. I think when you're flexibility it really improves your overall sense of health.
