Pregnancy and the Ball I bought one during my pregnancy, and it was the only thing that relieved the pain on my Sciatic nerve. Something about siting on it really brought my lower back into alignment. I use mine I think more as a stabilizing chair-at this point- I am five months post partum and returning to my preshape slower than with my other pregnancies.
I love that ball though. LOL. It is great for my lower back (which still tends to cause pain) and I can use my free weights while sitting on the ball versus a bench.
My other new found tool, is a desk that I have for doing backwards pushups, to build muscle in my triceps. |
