Default Treadmill / Elliptical / CrossTrainer

Which of these machines do you choose when you have to do cardio in the gym. I will caveat this with saying I hate doing cardio in the gym so it is only as a last resort.

My first choice is probably a cross trainer then elliptical and last by a mile treadmill.

I personally am a treadmill kind of guy. It's a cardio activity that can really be applied in the real world - I usually sprint a mile before every workout, just as a way to get warmed up. Maybe I just feel that way because I have one in my house

I prefer the elliptical machine, personally. It seems to do exactly what I need as far as warmups go. If I had to choose my least favorite, I'd probably go with the treadmill as well. If I want to run, I'll at least go outside and run!

I agree with the original poster and his rankings. Good job dude, you really hit the nail on the head. There are few machines more exciting than the elliptical.

I prefer jogging to anything, so if I had those machines I would probably use the treadmill the most. I'm not really sure what the rest of them are, though.

We have one of those bike machines, and I think its great to work out on! Although I probably do prefer riding a real bike. On ar eal bike, you can enjoy your neighborhood!

I like the cross trainer more than anything. I have one in front of my TV, and I use it whenever I'm watching a movie or something.

It seems like its pretyt popular to exercise or stretch while watching a movie. I think I'll try this... I hope I don't get too distracted, though. I have trouble focusing on movies.
