New To Lifting Hey guys, I am new to lifting and to the site. I am currently lifting little 8lb dumbells everynight. I think I am going to upgrade to 15 then as I progress to 20 then 25 and so on. I do not know all the techniques so if you have some for me that'd be great. I do not know all the terms so you'll have to show me. I am young(15) but and willing to work hard. I am looking to get my biceps and triceps nice and strong. Thanks guy. |
