I've only been to a gym once, and all the guys stared at me because they've never seen such a strong person as young as me. It made me uncomfortable, so I've never gone back to one,.

I hate the aura of gyms... everyone waiting their turn to get on the machine, just wanting you to GTFO already. Thats why I've moved home with my workouts, for the most part.

Yes, I agree about the general attitude of gyms being slightly less than pleasant. I don't recommend them unless they are totally necessary.

I don't usually have this prob as I go to the gym at inhospitable times. But there have been a few occasions where some dude will be using 2 machines a once and try keeping them occupied by leaving his towel and bottle sitting on it or near it. I'll just walk over grab his stuff chuck it over his way and say "Mate, should keep your gear with you, don't want anyone to walk off with it do ya?" and then start using the machine. Ha, ha, ha, ha

lol

Please tell us your secret. How did you get to be so strong while so young? Were you born with muscles?

As for gym manners, it really irks me when people don't share. Let the guy work in for crying out loud.

I usually just move on to something else & get back to whatever I missed when theyre done, but I hate it when someone sits on a machine in between sets!Especially when its a fat woman or old out of shape man!
I usually try to superset 4 different exercises so Im getting more out of it & Im getting done quicker too.My biggest peeves are the Talkers & the guys who dont put their stuff away.Dont come in the gym to BS & take up space for gods sake!Shut up,leave me alone & put your weights back when youre done!
